2025 Package Information
THE ADVENTURER PACKAGE
Single Occupancy
Single accommodation with Queen size bed, located in the luxurious Sun Peaks Resort. You will be allocated a room to yourself for each night at the most premium accommodation available.
THE EXPLORER PACKAGE
Double Occupancy
Shared accommodation, located in the luxurious Sun Peaks Resort. Shared room with two queen sized beds, unless accommodation dictates otherwise.

Travelling to and from ADV-X
Ride to the Event and Ride Home From the Event
You can ride to the event ot fly in taking advantage of Canada wide bike shipping to ADV-X and back to your home dealership.
Motorcycle transportation is available from select BMW Motorrad Retailers to the event. This will ensure that you can fly directly into Kamloops Airport (YKA). Please note that air travel will be an additional cost at your own expense, and subject to provider terms and conditions.
The BMW Motorrad ADV-X event will conclude at Sun Peaks Grand Hotel. If transportation has been selected for the event, your GS will be picked up and returned to the BMW Motorrad Retailer it was picked up from. Please note that bikes can be equipped for transportation with no more than standard size saddle bags and top cases.
What You'll Need to Join
The BMW Motorrad ADV-X is open to GS riders of all skill levels. However, there are a few mandatory items that. you'll need to be part of the adventure.
- A BMW GS motorcycle
- Valid Motorcycle License
- Off-road riding safety gear
- Off-road style boots are highly recommended (e.g, GS Comp Boots, Venture Grip GTX or similar)
- Off-road tires (installed prior to event)
- GPS capability is optional
- Waterproof bag to carry lunch other gear for daily rides
- The drive to have plenty of fun riding your GS!
